They remember your name, welcome you with warm smiles, and are always helpful and thoughtful, making sure every guest feels comfortable and well taken care of. This is the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression, and it is something I will never forget.

The room, bathroom, and kitchen are all very clean and well maintained. It is such a nice and cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring. The common area is also lovely, whether you want to sit back and read a book, have a cup of evening tea, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment.

The location is another big plus! It is strategically located near the downtown area, train station, food spots, and coffee shops, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. If you are unsure where to eat, the staff are always happy to recommend nice restaurants, which makes the experience even better.

I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The excellent hospitality, convenient location, and cozy atmosphere make it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely love to come back again!

The property is also very beautifully designed and well maintained.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. One of the best hostels i visited in my life. The place is very clean. The beds are comfortable. In the dorms, there were 8 people, 4 at the bottom and 4 on the top.
The dorm room had a separate shower and toilet and there were also additional showers and toilets outside the dorms.
The stuff was very friendly, open and gave me a lot of useful advices and recommendarions. I would come again 😊

The bed is comfy, the shared area is spacious, the staff is super nice and their English is perfect. You can cook there if you want. The staff is always there to make sure everything is okay for you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a lovely stay at Snooze Hostel Malang! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They gave us great information about tours, things to do around Malang and, importantly, some really good recommendations for places to eat.

The hostel is also very clean and well looked after, which made our stay really comfortable. You can tell that the staff genuinely care about the place and their guests.

A big thank you to the whole team for making our time in Malang so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend Snooze to anyone visiting Malang! ❤️

The location is super convenient, right near the train station and surrounded by everything you need, including a convenience store and a great chicken soup place nearby. The hostel is exceptionally clean. I usually hate walking barefoot, but the staff cleans so frequently that the floors are completely grit-free. They even empty the trash cans in the rooms constantly, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, the hostel partners with a tour agency, so you can easily book any day trip or tour right at the front desk.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

The dorms are huge and each dorm has a private bathroom, everything is super clean and the staff was so nice to us. It‘s super calm and cozy and close to coffeshops, restaurants and the center of the city. We highly recommend it!
